It is not uncommon to experience times in our lives when we are troubled by personal challenges, such as relationship conflict, feelings of depression and anxiety, or even feeling trapped and discouraged with situations that we can’t seem to change. Sometimes these difficulties can effect our professional lives or the relationships we hold most dear. Seeking help from a psychologist is often the first step in making a productive and healthy change.
I am a licensed psychologist in Pasadena, California where I provide psychotherapy for adults and adolescents. Many of my clients focus on relationships, depression, trauma, post-traumatic stress disorder, grief and bereavement, issues of spirituality, reverse culture shock, and cross cultural adjustment. I offer my expertise as a therapist with nearly 15 years of experience, adjunct professor, past Board Member for the California Psychological Association and Los Angeles County Psychological Associations, and current President of the award winning San Gabriel Valley Psychological Association. I also provide psychodiagnostic testing for adults and perform forensic treatment evaluations for the Barrington Psychiatric Center in Los Angeles, California.
